OVERSEAS STANDARD
The object of the prestigious club facility from 2010 is located on a large, fenced lot with the noble atmosphere of an English park, on the site of the original legendary Villa Svoboda. The larger part of the lot is covered with a forest with a representation of rare tree species. The building is designed as a grouping of individual buildings covered by hipped roofs. A notable feature is the breaking of the building’s structure with two inner courtyards.
The estate is designed as a brick building with classic hipped roofs, the perimeter masonry is insulated with a 5 centimetres thick insulation system. The basement under the pool and the pools are made of reinforced concrete. The foundations under the load-bearing walls are concrete and 750 millimetres wide. The vertical supporting structures and the perimeter walls are made of Porotherm clay block walling system. The height of the masonry is 3.2 meters including a reinforced concrete ring that connects all individual objects. THE ROOF TRUSSES ARE WOODEN VERTICAL SUPPORTS OF SINGLE OR DOUBLE SADDLE, and in the main club room and swimming pool, a modern visible truss is used. The roof is ventilated and has a natural slate covering. The roof structure is insulated over the entire surface with mineral wool insulation with a total thickness of 240 millimetres. The fillings of window openings are wooden, glazed with thermo-insulating double glazing with outdoor safety blinds.
